eVisitorPass Visitor Management Software: the perfect solution for healthcare facilities

Healthcare facilities across the U.S. have acknowledged the importance of implementing an electronic visitor management system to track people that enter a hospital, medical center, or clinic. 1) What is eVisitorPass?
eVisitorPass is the state-of-the-art, cloud-based Visitor Management System that is easy to use and affordable. eVisitorPass has a small app which connects your computer to our cloud-based system. It is very easy to use, yet flexible enough to make it your own. It logs, identifies, tracks, and runs reports on visitors. As visitors are entered into the software, a fabric-friendly adhesive badge is printed for the visitor to wear. The visitor management software retains the details of the visit for reporting.

2) What do I need to get started using eVisitorPass?
To get started, you need a windows computer with high-speed internet access. After you install the app, the system can be used with as little as a Dymo printer and a roll of direct thermal visitor badges (the Basic Package). Installation and basic training from our team typically takes less than one hour! That’s all you need to get going. If interested, we have additional system components to get even more value from your eVisitorPass system.

3) In addition to the simple solution described above, what other functionality is available?

• Read a driver’s license – The system can read your visitor’s information from a driver’s license using one of our Driver’s License Readers. This means quick and accurate registration.
• Show a visitor’s photo on the visitor badge – Using the desktop camera and stand, a clear and current visitor’s photo can be included on the visitor pass for better visual identification.
• Remember a returning visitor – The software will recognize the name of a returning visitor and allow you to recall their info (name, company, photo, alter status, etc.) for even quicker registration.
• Pre-register a visitor before arrival – Since all their information is entered before they arrive, a visitor’s time at the front desk is streamlined to simply picking up a badge.

4) What kinds of reports are available?
eVisitorPass provides flexible reporting options. The four basic report layouts, which can be filtered for a specific date range, include:

• Visitors Log of all visitors or a single type of visitor
• Single visitors detail
• Evacuation list
• Flagged visitors list

The reports can be printed, exported to Excel for analysis, or exported to Word/PDF for archiving or sharing.

5) What kinds of additional technical services do you offer?
eVisitorPass has a recorded uptime of 99%, but if your system has issues, we offer support. Phone support is available (800-243-1969) Monday – Friday, 9:00a.m. – 5p.m. EST. During off-hours, you can leave a voicemail at the number mentioned or email Support@ThresholdSecurity.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your system, return your order within 90 days of receipt for full credit, replacement, or refund. Hardware components for eVisitorPass carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
