"Vaccination Status" functionality added to eVisitor Software

Earlier this month we released an update to our eVisitor software. When users log in, their eVisitor software is upgraded automatically.

This update includes a new feature that allows you to document the COVID-19 Vaccine Status and/or the Test Status of each visitor to a facility. This feature is turned off by default but can be turned on for no extra charge.

Here’s how it works:

1. Once activated, a new “COVID info” box appears on the user screen below the badge area.


2. When clicked, a simple data-entry pop-up screen appears.


3. After the screen is filled out …


4. … the “COVID info” box on the user screen displays a summary of the information for easy reference by the desk administrator or security personnel.
