All designs come in two parts, as shown in the “Admit Slip.”
Two-part carbonless forms perform two jobs in one step — the white first part is perforated, so a slip can be torn out, while the yellow second part provides an automatic duplicate record.
The 2-part slips measure 3¾" x 2¾" and contain 400 slips per wirebound book (8 slips per page, 50 pages per book).
